Dan Kiselbach is Miller Thomson’s Vancouver Managing Partner. Dan became involved with the Canada, Australia & New Zealand Business Association (“CANZBA”) when its esteemed President, Tony Crossman, first founded the association. Since then Dan has assisted a wide range of Australian, Canadian, and New Zealand businesses. His focus has been on “greasing the wheels of commerce” and resolving legal calamities. When he is not drafting legal briefs, he sometimes spends his “down time” surfing excel spreadsheets.

Dan leads the firm’s Global Trade and Customs, and Vancouver Tax Groups. He is licensed to practice law in British Columbia, Ontario, and New York. He recently completed the Cornell-Queen’s Executive MBA Americas program. He helps businesses navigate the complex world of global trade, cross-border business, and tax.
